Why "Celebrate With A Friend Day?" The heartbeat of Church Alive is Loving God and Serving People. Statistics have shown time and time again that the most effective evangelism is done within the context of the circle of family, co-workers and friends. In fact, more than 75% of people say they are willing to attend church with a family member or friend for a special event if only invited.
When will it be held? On November 20th, we are asking everyone to bring at least one friend to Church Alive as we celebrate the goodness of God over the past year.
How can I get involved?
1. First of all, we need people willing to spend time in prayer. Prayer waters the seed, motivates and empowers the sower, and releases the presence of God which releases the harvest.
2. Help us accumulate the names, addresses, email address and other contact information for those you would like for US to invite on your behalf.
3. Mail a personal invitation to those YOU desire to invite.
4. Invest a financial gift in the project. Donations will be used for direct mail and promotional materials.
5. Bring a friend!We will be serving FREE Thanksgiving Dinners to go
from 10:15-11:15 am & 1:00-2:00 pm
